About Our Art
I have always created. From the time I was young, I have lived to make things. While studying to be a public school art teacher, my professors never warned me there would be very little time for creating, myself. Recently, I retired from teaching twenty-nine years of art to children. I am living my dream! I am creating everyday. I especially love designing patterns, and making one-of-a-kind works of art that are utilitarian
Short Description:
I create weavings that are utilitarian. I design most of my own patterns. I use a variety of textures and colors. My husband and I own and operate a shop located inside Silver Dollar City. We are on park every day the park is open! If you have read this, please introduce yourself when you visit us.
