KSDK NEWS – Artists Spotlight – Mosaics Art Festival – St. Charles, MO

Mosaics Art Festival celebrated its 21st year, September 18 – 20, 2015.  Two Best of Missouri Hands artists Joe Kopp and Allison Norfleet were featured on the KSDK News Channel 5 morning show to help promote the festival.  Joe and Allison  were joined by  Heidi of KSDK to highlight some of the artwork they had available at the festival.
