  • Congratulations to Darla Zook, she is excited to be at Silver Dollar City during the Harvest Festival this September and October. This is Darla’s third year at Silver Dollar City; she accredits becoming juried due to her meeting with Kim Carr who encouraged her to go through the process.

Darla is also proud to announce her watercolor titled “Around the Curve” won 1st in the watercolor division, “Summer Sun on the Missouri” placed 2nd, at the Parkville In Art, Paint Out, Exhibition and Auction this past October. Darla was also excited to be involved in the Holiday show during December with Summit Art League members at “Got Art on Third”, Lee’s Summit Mo, and in January, 2014, to be a part of the Harrisonville Fine Arts Association juried show at Got Art on Third also.

Last, but not least, she is very excited to have “Evening Stroll” juried into and showing through April 6, at the Missouri Valley Impressionist Society 3rd Annual Art Show, Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art, St Joe Missouri.
