The Arts Council is taking over! Join us for a fun night of artist displays, outdoor painting, and free bottled water during this Arts Council sponsored evening at the Capaha Park Band Shell. Bring your lawn chairs, a blanket and a picnic basket for a musical evening. This week’s theme is “Brass, Brass, Brass.”

The River City Players Community Theatre presents a Thriller! Sleuth was written by Anthony Shaffer, and Directed by Paul King.

In this workshop, teens will learn the fundamentals of screen-printing, build their own frame, and create a print to take home. Ages 12 – 18. *Registration limited to 20 participants.

Southeast Chamber Music Institute: Two Free Public Recitals
Robert F. and Gertrude L. Shuck Music Recital Hall

Chamber Institude Faculty will present a recital that will include music by Brahms, Mendelssohn, Dvorak and Leoncavallo.

Friday, July 17 at 7:30 pm

The Southeast Chamber Music Institute will then conclude its weeklong program of chamber music studies wit a performance featuring student chamber music ensembles.

Saturday, July 18 at 2:00 pm

The public is warmly invited to attend these upcoming concerts in the splendid acoustics of the Shuck Recital Hall.

Superhero Training Camp
On Cue Performing Arts Center

Calling all superheroes! On Cue invites you to join our 3 Day Training to unleash your inner Superhero! You will learn cool powers in Breakdancing, Hiphop, Acro, and Acting. The camp will include crafts, snacks, and end in an EPIC performance! Space is limited, call to enroll today! Boys & Girls ages 5-10. Capes and masks are provided. Cost: $65.

Summer Ballet Intensive
On Cue Performing Arts Center

This 4-Day Classical Ballet intensive is designed for students to learn new skills while improving their core technique in two different methods of ballet. Intensive will end with a ballet promo photo shoot. Three different events, ages 7-18. Cost: $65.

Ages 7 – 9: From 4:00 – 5:00 pm
Ages 10 – 12: From 5:00 – 6:00 pm
