Arts Council of Southeast Missouri – Award Winner Dave Carter – Cape Girardeau, MO

I was pleasantly surprised last Friday evening to find out my 30″x24″ oil painting titled “Amberwing Dragonfly” won 3rd place in ‘Flights of Fantasy’ national juried exhibit–hosted by the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri.
