Arts Council of Southeast Missouri

The Arts Council will host a reception for internationally renowned artist Gary Lucy. Lucy will display a combination of original pieces and high-quality prints of his original artwork during the month of November. Lucy’s representational pieces focus on capturing the beauty of regional landscapes, as well as depictions of important scenes throughout the history of the Mississippi River. Lucy is a native of Caruthersville, MO and graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. The artist will be present during the reception. More Information>

The Visual Arts Cooperative will also debut new works in their gallery space at the Arts Council. Window exhibitors for the month of November will be Annie Schuchart and Margaret Schneider.

Of Mice and Men

Based on the classic novel by Nobel Prize-winning author John Steinbeck, Of Mice and Men follows the tale of two drifters, George and Lennie, and an accident that forces the men to run and make a life-changing decision. Tickets are $20/18.
