Wonderful things are happening at The Best of Missouri Hands, we would be pleased if you join us, as it does take a village to do all the good that is accomplished in this organization. Member communications and connections continues to grow as we strive to expand our reach throughout Missouri.

The 2013 Artsmart conference was truly exciting, we have received a lot of wonderful feedback from members attending. A huge thank you to Martha Greer, Executive Director, Vice President Don Crozier and the following committee; Nancy Koehler, Gail Crozier, Lee Richards, Dodie Eisenhauer, Peggy King, Bari Precious, and Theresa Gallup. They all helped put together a well done conference. I am sorry I was unable to attend this year, because of health issues. I was told by so many attendees that it  was a wonderful experience.

Board Members Sandy Kolde and Vic Barr are currently fine tuning The Best of Missouri Hands  Strategic plan. A board meeting will be held in May to finalize and then this will be presented this to the full membership. On behalf of the board we thank you Sandy Kolde and Vic Barr for taking on this monumental task.

Congratulations! BOMH juried artist Dawson Morgan was selected to create the beautiful works of art for the 2013 Awards to honor the recipients of the 30th annual Missouri arts Awards. Dawson stated“ The synergy between Best of Missouri Hands a non-profit taking advantage of the resources of another non-profit.”

Check out www.bestofmissourihands.org for upcoming exhibitions and events for our members.

We thank you for your support.
