Each year juried Best of Missouri Hands artist Dodie Eisenhauer and her daughter Jenny bring the spirit and magic of Christmas alive.  This year they will open the doors of Grandma’s House to visitors and shoppers, October 27th through December 23rd.  As a founding member of the Best of Missouri Hands, Dodie has a special connection with our organization and is revered by all who know her.

Come see what’s new this year at Village Designs! They will have glass ornaments, metal art, pottery, baby items, jewelry, and baskets from some of their favorite artists and of course lots and lots of their own wire designs.

Christmas at Grandma’s house will open seven days a week starting  October 27 through December 23, 2018. They will be closed for Thanksgiving Day.

Grandma’s House is a Christmas shop next to the Village Designs workshop in Daisy, Missouri. Grandma’s House, which was built around 1900 and was in fact the home of Dodie’s grandmother, serves as a “factory outlet” for Village Designs. Enjoy home baked cookies and coffee as you visit one of the most interesting handcrafted businesses in Missouri.
