- Hobbies? Sewing and Gardening
- What kind of pets do you have? No pets right now, but have always had cats.
- Favorite Vacation or a Dream Vacation. Went to New Zealand three years ago. Awesome.
- How long have you been creating art? Since birth Professionally? 20 years
- Where did you grow up? On a farm 15 Miles south of Brush, CO.
- Where your parents creative? Mom was an avid sewer and crafter.
- What inspired you to start creating art? I had to; it was my true self. I have been making art since before I was in grade school and have done so consistently through life.
- What do you enjoy most about creating art? Working with my hands, solving the engineering of jewelry, and working with color.

- What is your favorite thing to create? A brooch, it is the telling of a petite story.
- If you could give a piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be? Treat your art as a business. Don’t be afraid to sell your art.
- Is there anything you would like to add about yourself or your art? I like to help other artists and volunteer a lot of time to Midwest Metalsmiths. I also volunteer at the St. Louis Art Museum. When this COVID-19 Pandemic settles down, I’m thinking about a couple of other volunteer ideas.
