Hobbies other than the actual art you create: My husband and I also run a vacation rental business at the Lake of the Ozark and it has turned into a retirement plan. I love to cook and plate food with color and textures that look good to eat. I also enjoy walking, and I know it sounds cliche’, but long-walks on the beach!

If an artist, your medium: I am juried in as a Watercolor Artist, but own my own wheel and kiln at home. I enjoy photography and jewelry making as well as sewing and crocheting.

Brief description of your work: I specialize in custom portraits of homes, especially architectural landscapes and historical buildings. I make every home unique and add personal items into each of my work such as the family pet, a bird, and especially enjoy painting the American flag into each home portrait. I have been painting homes since 2003 and just finished my 80th commission.
