Dear Arts Enthusiasts

You're the Southeast Missourians who take part in some form of art appreciation in our region, reaching from St. Louis to the Missouri Bootheel (from Southern Illinois to Poplar Bluff MO. The Arts Council of SEMO, founded in 1961, supports and stimulates the creative spirit of the arts.  (for all of us)

When I moved to Cape Girardeau a couple years ago, I was delighted to find the Arts Council of SEMO, and all it offers for the expansion of the arts and for those who want to be involved in artistic endeavors. The Arts Council provides numerous programs and artistic events throughout the year which includes:

Thank YOU, if you’re already a member of the Arts Council, but if you’ve not yet joined this exciting group of painters, dancers, musicians, crafters, thespians and writers, I invite you to join us today.  Your gift in any amount will be greatly appreciated.
