Oktoberfest – Excelsior Springs

Fall Festival Registration

As many of you know, we only allow 1 vendor from any and all direct selling establishments, so you are encouraged to sign up early to secure your spot.

We saw amazing results by hosting this event on Broadway Street in Downtown so that will be our 2019 location again! We are encouraging all vendors to participate. Vendor entry is $50. Electricity needs are $30. You will be able to park your vehicles in close proximity to your booth space, but outside of the festival grounds. We will also have volunteers readily available to help you with any needs.

With this event, it is our intention to bring exposure to Downtown Excelsior Springs as well as all of our participating vendors. Please bring brochures/business cards to distribute throughout the event. We can’t think of a better way to promote our downtown than to plan a Fall Festival in the heart of it. The Downtown Excelsior Partnership is a 501c3 organization supporting the effort to revitalization and drive Downtown Excelsior Springs forward.

We are looking forward to the opportunity to build relationships with you while working to promote your business. Please register prior to September 20, 2019 so that your business will be included in our marketing efforts for this event. The price to participate is $50 if registering prior to September 15th and $75 if registering after that date.
