ARCADE APARTMENTS COMING SOON
Arcade Apartments — with more than 13,000 square feet of shared work and studio spaces — is a collaborative community designed to embrace and support local artists. One of the city’s best examples of a Gothic revival high-rise, this National Historic Landmark, located at 800 Olive Street, offers spectacular 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with affordable rents from $563. Arcade Artist Apartments will feature tall ceilings, open floor plans, beautiful maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, marble counter-tops and concrete flooring. The renovated building will open in late 2015.

Dominium, the Minneapolis-based developer, turned the Metropolitan Building in Grand Center into 72 artists’ lofts, similar to its conversion of the Leather Trades Lofts building downtown.
