A new set of beautiful homes in St. Joseph’s Historic Museum Hill and Harris-Kemper Historic Neighborhoods will be open for the Allied Arts Council’s sixth Annual Beer Walk for the Arts, Saturday, April 28 from 2 – 5 p.m. Patrons are invites to go inside beautiful historic homes, sample craft beers with the perfect food pairings and listen to the music of local musicians. Participants in this year’s Beer Walk for the Arts will have the honor of being the first visitors to Liberty Cap Brewing, St. Joseph’s first packaging production brewery since Pearl shut down Goetz in the 1970s.
Early bird tickets are available online at https://allied-arts-council.ticketleap.com/beer-walk-for-the-arts for $50 a pair through April 14. Regular tickets are $35 per person and are available online, at the Allied Arts Council, St. Joseph Hy-Vee, and the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce beginning March 26. Quantities are limited, so purchase tickets early.
Beer Walk for the Arts is sponsored by Liberty Cap Brewing. The event is made possible by the generosity of Royal Packaging, homeowners, musicians, and local restaurants. Updates on the event can be found on the Allied Arts Council’s Facebook page.
