• Save the Date – ArtSmart Conference 2014 March 21 – 23, 2014 will be held in Springfield, Missouri at the University Plaza Hotel. The ArtSmart Conference is designed to help artists in their art and art careers. Don Crozier and his steering committee – Nancy McKenzie, Lee Richards, Andrea Jira, and Gail Crozier – are working hard putting all the pieces together for an outstanding conference. • Visiting Artist School Visits
  Through the grants provided by Missouri Arts Council, MACCA and Regional Arts Commission we have the opportunity to expand our program of classroom visits by BOMH artists. There is no cost to the school. We especially would like to reach underserved areas. Stipends of $100 are available for artists wishing to visit a school, whether elementary or high school.  This continues to grow and is promised to be an asset to the teaching artist, students and the community.
