With Garry McMichael

How to Photograph Ceramics, Pottery, Wood, Sculpture, Fiber, Paper, Metal, Glass, Mixed-Media

Sunday, February 21, 2016
10:00AM – 4:00PM

Emphasis will be on “Digital Photography Basics” to help artists take better photographs of their 3D artwork for use on the internet, to enter competitions and to make Giclée prints. Whether you are a beginner or have a lifetime of experience with digital cameras you will gain a wealth of insights and ideas as Garry shows you the “tricks of the trade” he has mastered through thirty years of commercial photography. Prior to the workshop, registered participants will be sent a questionnaire to determine your photography skill level, your art medium and what you want to learn. The workshop will then be customized to fulfill participants needs.

So every participant gets plenty of one-on-one instruction this workshop will be limited to seven artists.

The workshop is designed for artists using either digital point and shoot cameras or DSLR cameras.
