Upcoming Wood Carving Workshop – Led by Loren Woodard – Lillian Yahn Gallery – O’Fallon, MO

Master woodcarver Loren Woodard will hold a weekend workshop on January 9th and 10th, 2016 and show you how to carve a little house from cottonwood bark.

Beginners to advanced carvers are welcome. You will be carving a whimsical bark house and Loren will provide the tools, materials, and instruction.

Loren is a Juried Artist with The Best of Missouri Hands and also serves on the Board of Directors. His work is well known and a favorite of visitors to Silver Dollar City where he carves every year for thousands of guests to the park.

The workshop will be held Saturday and Sunday January 9th and 10th, 2016 at the Lillian Yahn Gallery in O’Fallon Missouri.

Cost is $125 + materials (estimated at $10).

Class size is limited to 6 people, so make your reservation soon. December 1st 2015 is the signup deadline.
